Belle Plaine, Minn. - Dave Kreft went six innings and was part in a 7-0 shutout of Norwood on Saturday at the TigerTown Classic. The Tigers now move on to the consolation game against Lonsdale tomorrow at 1:15 p.m. at Tiger Park.

After three innings of no hit ball the Tigers finally got a rally going in the bottom of the fourth inning. In the game the Tigers had only four hits but took advantage of four Norwood errors in the fourth inning as they plated seven runs.

Dave "Superman" Kreft went the first six innings and dropped his ERA to below 1.00 for the season. Ryan Witt came in for the final inning to secure the win. Brett Kruschke took the role of the Mighty Casey as he did not take advantage of his pinch-hitting opportunity, as he looked miserable at the plate. We still all love you Brett.
